How it works

Capture, edit, organise, export

Four stages, one workspace. Nothing here needs an account or a connection.

1. Capture

Open the side panel, press Start, and do the task. Naviscroll records each click and form entry with a before-click screenshot and the point you clicked. Pause at any time to rename a step or move a marker. Press Stop and the procedure is already saved to your library.

2. Edit

The document opens in the editor as numbered step cards. Reword instructions, add notes for readers, frame each screenshot, and mask anything sensitive with a solid block or a blur. Apply a Saved Style or a Saved Template. There is no preview mode: you are always looking at the final document.

3. Organise

Every capture files itself into a local library with search, tags, favourites and collections. Find a procedure by name or by what it touches, group related ones together, and open any of them straight into the editor. Nothing is uploaded and nothing is shared unless you export it.

4. Export

Export the document as a PDF, a self-contained HTML page, Markdown, or copy it. Every export carries the masks baked into its images, needs no connection, and loads nothing from anywhere else.
