One paragraph, because there is one fact: this site sets no cookies.
naviscroll.com sets no cookies and uses no browser storage. It loads no analytics, no advertising pixels, no embedded video and no chat widget. There is nothing to consent to, so there is no cookie banner.
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web server, it records standard request logs (IP address, browser identification, time of request). Those logs are Cloudflare's, covered by its own privacy policy, and no analytics are switched on here.
The Naviscroll extension stores your documents in your browser's local storage on your device. That is application data you create, not a cookie, and it never leaves your machine. Removing the extension removes it.
