Accessibility

A commitment and a contact, without claims we cannot back.

We want Naviscroll and naviscroll.com to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on keyboards, screen readers, high-contrast modes or reduced motion.

What is in place

  • Every control in the product has a real accessible name; icon-only tools carry a tooltip on hover and on keyboard focus.
  • The current navigation item is marked programmatically and with a bar, never by colour alone.
  • Text and control colours are measured against WCAG contrast requirements and asserted by automated tests.
  • Forced-colours mode and reduced motion are respected.
  • Exported documents use real headings and lists; masks and markers do not rely on colour alone.
  • This website uses real headings, a skip link, visible focus and no motion.

Known gaps

Naviscroll has not yet been through an end-to-end screen reader pass, or a Windows high contrast pass. Both are planned. Until they are done, nothing here claims conformance to a standard the product has not been audited against.
