Corrieshaw Journeys
Onboard a new employee
Learning Objective
By the end of this guide you will be able to:
add a new colleague to Hemwyn, build the onboarding plan that goes with them, and activate the record so that their manager, their buddy and IT all know what to do before day one.
Overview
People and Culture add every new colleague to Hemwyn in one sitting, from the offer being accepted to the onboarding plan being shared. There are three stages: Details, Onboarding and First day. Nothing reaches anybody until the record is activated, so the form can be left and come back to. Watch the welcome card on the right as you go, because it is what the new colleague will see before they start.
